Valentine at BIZU

I’m in love. A declaration that’s more than a simple statement. These are the most honest precious and delicate words strung together in a sentence. And Ciara Marasigan-Serumgard‘s jewelry have long been described as such. Her intricate, intertwined crystal creations are truly individual, mysterious labors of love. Precious and delicate… these are the same characteristics that elevate Bizu‘s confections to be most desired.

Inspired by the word kiss in French, the local patisserie pours together a mysterious blend of intoxicating confectionery ingredients to create their own special and lovely creations built around the ultimate, indisputable, most effective “love potion” — chocolate.

Bizu concocted the ultimate aphrodisiac in a sumptuous limited edition chocolate cake. Milk, dark chocolate ganache, kahlua, crème brulee and sable crust topped with strawberry miroir finish and chocolate nougatine combine to create what is well aptly called “Desire”.

Together, the “Love Cuff” and “Desire” can be ordered specially with equally precious and delicate Ecuadorian roses only for the season at all Bizu branches. The gift set (called the Passion Box) comes with free delivery and a donation card to the Virlanie Foundation.

A Red Collection of Macarons de Paris with a limited run this February features Strawberry and Balsamic, Raspberry and Chocolate and Pomegranate and Chocolate to honor the season.

The patisserie also highlights their other romantic and best selling cakes such as the Strawberry Shortcake, Strawberry Chiboust, Babylon, Romance and Samba. Bizu chocolate truffles are also part of this love feast… gifts inspired by what’s most precious and delicate, delivered at the doorstep of the one who deserves all that love.

Bizu is located at Greenbelt 2, Greenhills Promenade, Glorietta 4 and Alabang Town Center. For inquiries please call 757-BIZU or 724-BIZU or visit www.bizupatisserie.com.
