Cuisinera Club 's Beef and Vegetables Wraps

Ingredients:
2 T OLIVE OIL
¼ K LEAN GROUND BEEF
¼ C WHITE ONIONS, DICED
3 PCS GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
1 PC BAY LEAF
1 TSP CUMIN
1 TSP SOY SAUCE
TO TASTE SALT
TO TASTE PEPPER
1 C TOMATOES, SEEDED AND DICED
¼ C WHITE ONIONS, DICED
1 PC GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
2 T CILANTRO, CHOPPED
2 C LETTUCE, CUT INTO STRIPS
1/4 C GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 PCS FLOUR TORTILLA

Our homemade Blueberry Creamy Chilled Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts.  My cousin taught me how to do this. And let me share it with you…

Ingredients:

  • 1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 Nestle Cream
  • 1 Condensed Milk
  • 1 Knoxx Gelatin (or any unflavored gelatin)
  • Sugar
  • Magnolia Gold Butter
  • Blueberry (or any fruits you like.. try ripe mango)
  • Cream Cheese (Magnolia or Philadelphia)

Tuna Lumpia (Spring Rolls) Recipe

This is one of my favorite recipes because it is easy to cook and easy on the pocket… Anyway, here it is:

Ingredients:

150 g. can of tuna flakes ( I use century tuna spicy. It is your choice if you want the plain or spicy)
1/2 tsp. of garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped finely
1 egg, lightly beaten
salt and pepper
cheese (ques-o or quickmelt)
12-15 pieces of lumpia wrapper
2 c. cooking oil

Fried Tilapia with Sweet and Sour Sauce

Sweet ‘n sour is a great sauce for Lapu-lapu (Grouper Fish) but since Lapu-lapu is quite expensive, Tilapia is a great alternative. Tilapia only costs about 50 pesos per piece and it taste so delicious.

Ingredients for Tilapia:

Tilapia
Salt
Cooking oil

Ingredients for the sauce:

Jufran sweet chili sauce
Water
Green bell pepper
Carrots
Onion

Beef Tapa Recipe

Ingredients:

1kg sirloin beef, thinly slice into serving pieces
1 pack of Mama Sitas or Del Monte Tapa Marinade
garlic
Instructions:

Marinade the beef for 30 minutes or overnight
Or you may boil the beef until it is cooked
Set aside
Then fry beef slices in batches, just until cooked through.
Add more oil whenever necessary to finish frying all the beef slices.
Drain beef on paper towels.
You may serve it with rice topped with fried egg and sliced tomatoes or Garlic-Vinegar Dip.
