Summer is still here, however, these past few days have been wet and cold. And rainy days make me hungry for comfort food. As I look out my window at the gray skies and gloomy, cold rain, I remember the cake (in the fridge) that I got from Red Ribbon the other day.
It’s the New Red Ribbon’s Cookies and Cream with Oreo. Who could resist a cake with layers of creamy cookies and cream filling, delectable chocolate cookie layer, moist vanilla chiffon cake, heavenly chocolate chiffon cake, luscious white creamy icing topped with our favorite Oreo cookies.
